Serial Numbers / Bin Locations

When stock lines are added to the grid for transfer, typing in the Quantity Trans field displays the serial number dialogue box for stock selection.   Where relevant, serial numbers and bin locations are displayed for selection in the dialogue box.  In Transit warehouse selection determines on the actions that can be taken on the stock transferred as follows:

In Transit = No

• Original serial numbers are transferred to the destination warehouse and CANNOT be changed
• The default warehouse bin location for the destination inventory item is applied to lines being transferred

In Transit = Yes

• Original serial numbers are transferred to the destination warehouse and CAN be changed if required
• The default warehouse bin location for the destination inventory item is applied to lines being transferred and CAN be changed
